• The content is not false, misleading, or fraudulent;
• You assume full legal responsibility for all submitted materials.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion, especially if it violates these Terms, our policies, or any applicable laws.

• Involves fraud, multi-level marketing, illegal fundraising (e.g., unlicensed ICOs/IEOs);
• Promises guaranteed investment returns or risk-free profits;

5. Payment & Refund Policy

• All services must be paid in advance before execution.
• Once a press release has been published, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of chargebacks, fraud, or abuse.

6. Limitation of Liability

• The Platform does not guarantee any specific performance, audience reach, or result from the distribution of your content.
• You agree to use the services at your own risk.
• We shall not be liable for any financial loss, legal exposure, or reputational damage resulting from your use of the Platform or submitted content.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, content, and design elements on the Platform are the intellectual property of TrafficDefi and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any individual or entity;
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass our moderation systems;
• Use bots, crawlers, or any automated tools to access or interact with the Platform in an unauthorized manner.
